Printing Details
A few things to keep in mind
3D printed items will have a degree of variability and this is the nature of the item and the technique used in FDM printing. There could be machining lines, surface imperfections, sanding marks, and layers visible on the items, and residual filament films/threads. Items may have post-processing techniques applied.
Plastic Prints HQ does our best to lower the chances of the variability and standard FDM 3D printing imperfections but if you purchase an item then it means that you agree with and understand the variability in the items.
Plastic Prints HQ does not print food-safe items.
Payment
We accept payments with PayPal
All prices are listed in AUD and payment can be made with PayPal or Credit Cards that PayPal allows. If you do not have PayPal, no problem, simply checkout as a Guest. You may find more information on payments in the Policies menu.

Delivery & Returns
Shipping options are shown at checkout. Plastic Prints HQ items currently ship using Australia Post. All orders are packed with the appropriate protective packaging. Orders usually ship within 3-4 business days but it could take up to 7 depending on the situation at the time. Pre-order items have a longer delivery time as they are printed on demand. Please take this into consideration when purchasing Pre-order items. Items may ship in separate packages for some orders.
Plastic Prints HQ accepts returns/refunds/cancellations at our discretion. Please be advised that change of mind cancellations/refunds are not accepted at this time. If you would like to contact us about your purchase e.g. if you accidentally received the wrong item or if an item is faulty, please contact us and reference your Order Number. If you require a shipping address change please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
